My Bio
Been interested in photography since college when I took a black and white slide photography course. I've lived all over the southeast and southwest and in Germany and England when I was younger. Currently in Colorado, though a transition back to the southeast may happen in the next year or two.

Too many to count - I read fantasy, science fiction, mystery, a bit of non-fiction hear and there - whatever catches my attention.. Currently reading Reamde by Neal Stephenson.
Favourite Writers
I have a lot of favorite authors - Robert Heinlein, Stephen Brust, Neal Stephenson and Allen Steel just to name a few.

Not really into gaming....

Tools of the Trade
Which trade? I've been a technical writer, real estate appraiser, and a coffee roaster. For photography I use a Canon XSi with an inexpensive lense.

Caving, canoeing, mountain biking, working on the house.

I started an EMT class last week that will consume most of my spare time through the end of April at least.  On a happier note, once I start EMT shifts, I can hopefully upgrade to a better lens!

About time!

0 min read
My copy of Lightroom 4 arrived today.  Let's see...due in the 20th of December, arrived the 4th of January...only 16 days late!  Good thing my wife paid for 3-day shipping!  I'm really looking forward to learning and using Lightroom.  I may even go back and re-process a lot of my older photos as I learn the program.
